Many people don't think things through when they enter relationships. Some of them do it for all the wrong reasons, but justify it to themselves to avoid loneliness, awkwardness and the truth. There is a certain pull that draws people together; there's no use denying it. Everyone has a story and if you listen carefully, over time you'll realize that there aren't many differences in the stories of individuals around the world.

This is the reason no one was surprised when Miles and Alicia started hooking up. They didn't always see eye to eye but their competitive spirits caused them to collide on more than one occasion. The chemistry between them wasn't obvious to anyone who looked, but their arguments caused a spark to ignite. Neither knew what to do about it at first, but Alicia initiated things through touch. It wasn't the most pleasant touch either. She slapped Miles after he made inflammatory remarks about her team mates. Now the question you're asking yourself is - why and how did this lead to them hooking up? Well, it wasn't an easy transition, but Miles wanted to teach Alicia a lesson. The lesson was simple - you can't touch someone unless they want to be touched.

He kissed her and he wasn't subtle about it. He kissed her feverishly like he needed her and he wasn't letting her go. She squirmed and wiggled, but ultimately relented. He knew he had to let her go eventually and once he did she asked, "What was that about? We don't even see each other that way."

"I know, but I wanted you to know what it feels like to be touched against your will. I don't believe in hitting women, but I do believe in kissing them. I hope I've made my point."

The rest was history.
