A/N: Inspired by a dream I had. Written for my boyfriend, Nate and for Elena, who I haven't written brief smut/retribution for in a while.
The night was dark, but she could still see him. She looked out her window and there he was. The wind was gently blowing his black robe and his face was still concealed by the hood. She knew it was him though; she knew the way he walked. He carried himself with such prominence and dignity; so much that it nearly suffocated her.
She followed him regardless. She was drapped in all black as well. It helped her blend in with the shadows. She hid her blonde locks under a dark wig so he wouldn't recognize her if he stopped her. She feared doing this because he could kill her without realizing who she was. She wouldn't blame him. Suddenly he stopped and looked at this unsuspecting couple. They couldn't have been older than thirty. She hid behind the pillar of a nearby building wondering what possessed her into following him. She stuck out her head a little to get a peak and that's when she saw him brandish his wand as he got ready to cast a spell on them. The couple didn't even notice.
"Miles," she called out.
The couple didn't even hear her. They continued to talk animatedly with one another. Miles turned sharply in Alicia's direction, a sneer on his face. Alicia flinched. She didn't mean to anger Miles and turned to run. He was next to her before she could fully escape.
"What are you doing here?" he asked her roughly, grabbing one of her wrists. She sighed knowing she had thwarted her own attempts at hiding from him.
"You don't have to do this Miles. Come with me. The Order will protect you from the Dark Lord," she pleaded. She knew her pleas fell on deaf ears, but she insisted on trying anyways.
"It is my duty to be the bearer of death. It is my job to see to it that people who deserve death get it and those who don't are freed," he retorted.
"Who are you to judge that? You aren't God. You have no powers on this Earth. All you have is your will, but that will fail you if you continue down this road."
Miles smiled at her pleasantly. "You always know the exact words I want to hear," he told her before crushing her lips with his. She was confused and tried to push him away. He grabbed her wig and pulled it off not realizing she had been wearing one to begin with. He glared at it as Alicia laughed at the look on his face. This infuriated him further and caused him to grab her real hair more roughly than he intended to. Alicia winced.
"Stop it! That hurts!"
"Shut up wench! You have no say in this."
Her shouting had drawn some attention to them and he noticed this. His cover was blown and now he would need to kill the couple at a later date. He apparated himself and Alicia to a more secluded, but still public spot. An abandoned alleyway in Diagon Alley to be exact. He then started to bite her neck. Alicia squirmed, but this didn't bother him. His hands wandered down her chest and stomach. She smacked his hands away before they could reach her private area. His eyes flared with anger and Alicia found herself regretting this action. Miles was now holding her by the throat and ripping her clothing off one article at a time with his free hand. Her black shirt was the first thing to go. He ripped her shirt in half and once her bra was exposed he ripped that too. Now her breasts were exposed to him.
He bit down on one the inviting breasts, causing Alicia to groan. Pleasure was overcoming her just as quickly as anger was. She knew what Miles was going to do, but she wouldn't let him go that far. Not this time. Her pants were the next article of clothing to go. Her bare legs instantly grew cold when a gust of wind passed through the alley. He released her for a minute so he could remove his pants as well. He intended on taking her now and nothing would stop him from fulfilling this objective. That was his mistake. Now Alicia had her wand pointed at him, ropes were shooting out and binding him. He fell against the nearby wall almost cracking his head open. It was now Alicia's turn to smirk.
"You're either with me or against me Miles. I'm not going to let you have a quick fuck whenever you feel like it and then return to murdering people for fun," she sneered.
"Ah, spoken like a true Gryffindor. What now? Is this the part where I see the error of my ways and repent? That's not going to happen and you know it."
"Then you'll die."
"I guess this isn't the appropriate time to tell you I was there when Katie Bell was killed."
Alicia's eyes glassed over when she heard this. Miles nodded. "Who killed her? It was Flint, wasn't it? That bloody bastard did it, didn't he?"
"I've taken a vow of silence on the matter."
Miles started to smile, but Alicia punched him in the mouth before he could fully smile. He gasped. The smugness disappeared in an instance. "What the fuck Alicia?! I didn't bloody kill that little twat. What are you hitting me for?" he shouted. His lower lip was visibly bleeding a little.
"You were there! You didn't stop her death from happening. You're just as bad as the person who killed her and rest assured I will find out who that is."
"I would give you more details, but that will only piss you off."
Alicia punched him again and again. The blood started to flow more heavily. Miles chuckled. "This won't bring her back Spinnet," he sneered.
"I know, but it will return my sense of self-respect. How could I ever sleep with you? You're a disgusting pig. I don't know why I wasted these past few months dealing with you. You don't deserve redemption."
"I'm glad you could finally realize that. Now if you could kindly untie me so I could return to my duties. If you do, I'll pretend this whole encounter never happened."
"You aren't the epitome of death Miles. That won't ever change," she told him as she began to dress herself. She repaired her broken shirt and bra before putting them on. It didn't take long for Ministry officials along with Aurors to be on the scene.
"Good work Ms. Spinnet."
"Thank you Minister."
"Please call me Kingsley."
"How did you do it? How were you able to catch one of the most notorious Death Eater all by yourself?" asked one of the aurors.
"Someone as talented as Ms. Spinnet shouldn't reveal her secrets," Kingsley told the auror causing them to blush a deep red.
"She's secretly working for the Dark Lord. That's how," accused Miles.
Alicia rolled her eyes at him. "Before you all got here he confessed to killing Katie Bell last month," she informed everyone around her. There was gasps of horror.
"That's a damn lie!"
"Take him to Azkaban," Kingsley ordered.
Miles was dragged away kicking and screaming while Alicia waved at him, smirking.
