Alicia woke up really early that morning to get ready for work. She looked out the window and saw it-snow. It was snowing. She giggled softly as she opened one of the living room windows and grabbed some of the snow that had accumulated on her window sill.
Miles was still asleep. He would be for another hour unless she woke him up. He didn’t need to rush to work the way that she did because he was a Quidditch player and today practice wasn’t until much later. She smiled as she neared the bed they shared.
Without warning she dropped the snow on Miles’s face. “What the hell,” he spluttered as removed some of the snow from his face. “Alicia!”
“Good morning,” was her only reply.
