She missed him. He was only gone for a week so far and she could feel the anxiety building. She hated feeling this way and wondered why she wasn't stronger about this. He was only going to be away for a month. Miles was in Germany training for Quidditch. That was nothing to be alarmed about and yet she couldn't help it. Alicia found herself replaying different scenarios of Miles getting injured while attempting a Parkin's Pincer. Why was she doing this to herself when she had so much to do at home?
She decided to busy herself with chores, but this did little to quell her fears. The quelling happened for about an hour before she decided to apparate over there for a few minutes to make sure Miles hadn't broken any bones in the week he had been away. She knew the players would have access to all sorts of medical care if something should occur, but she wanted to make sure he didn't need anything from home. That was her justification for apparating. She found him among the crowd and unfortunately just in time to see him passionately kiss a redhead on his team. After witnessing this her first thought was, Home. Now.
