Dear Yuletide Author

Nov 15, 2010 22:10

I am deeply grateful to you, for your effort and your Yuletide spirit!

I am not a picky person to write for, rest assured. Apart from specific fandom and pairings, I am absolutely happy to read anything you'd feel like coming up with. I'll try to be a little more helpful than this in each category, but please feel free to ignore scenarios or prompts at your leisure and write whatever you are inspired to.

Request 1

Catch Trap - Marion Zimmer Bradley, Tommy/Mario

I loved this book, with all its flaws. I love this pairing, with all its flaws.
Again, despite the many flaws in style and plot, MZB made me feel everything in this novel and very intensely. I was with Tom and Matt all the way, and it was a perfect voyage.
I loved their fears and their doubts and their love and their epic self-destruction skills and Tommy's freckles and Matt's enraging moments and...everything!
If possible, I would love something set right after the book, a night spent together, perhaps buying a new house together and their first few days in it, something of the sort. I don't want them overly fluffy or overly angsty. I just want them like they are, just Tommy and Matt, together :)

Request 2

Inception (2010) RPF, Tom/Joe

THESE TWO!! I DON'T EVEN HAVE WORDS FOR HOW MUCH I LOVE THESE TWO MEN, PUT TOGETHER AND SET APART.
Anyway.
I would really love smut, in this case. Post-Inception filming, if possible, but after that it's all up to you. All I specifically want is smut. Go wild!

Request 3

Spy Game (2001), Nathan/Tom

I really love this film, actually, and what sells it for me is the Bishop/Muir (Redford/Pitt) dynamic. There's so much between them, so much history, so many feelings, from disappointment to anger to everything in between, in epic proportions. No matter what happened between them, Muir still risked everything to get Bishop out, and it's just that: epic.
I would like something set post-film, Tom finding Nathan, Tom staying with Nathan, Langley be damned. Sex would be very much appreciated ;)

Once again, dear writer: THANK YOU. I know even now, on November the 15th, my 21st birthday, that you will make my Christmas Day. So thank you in advance and happiest of writing!
