(sniffles) Things that prove that the Doctor hasn't forgotten about the people in his past are always a good thing. Especially ones that show how much he regrets what happened with Donna... Although I'm intrigued that you had Sarah Jane be the one Amy got to meet... Mind, I do like her.

Thank you for posting!

I basically needed a companion that had met Donna. I didn't think Martha and Amy would get on very well, and I didn't think Jack would waste time making conversation! :D

Glad you liked, and thank you for taking the time to comment. :)

Ooh! I really love this. I can't wait to see what else you've written.

I'm friending you cause I love River and Donna and it looks like we'd get along well.

Ooh, so sad....but I like to think that Donna occupies a lot more synapse space in the Doctor than he cares to let on, and that he really, really regrets that things couldn't have gone differently for them.

I think the 'even more guilt!' bit in 'Let's Kill Hitler" really sort of hinted at that. I know that Martha got a very rough ride, but there was something about what happened to Donna that was just cruel.

Though that didn’t stop him hoping that somewhere, somehow, there was a him and a her, running through space and time with tightly clasped hands. *wibbles*

So so beautifully written!! Bittersweet yet beautiful, sigh.

Sad! The last two lines really got me. I may need to go get tissues! I loved the part about the fridge magnets as well. Write more soon! I loved it!
