I really want Ed Westwick as Theon and Allisyn Ashley Arm as Arya (the latter is a long shot, don't think she's british equity at all.)

My crack! Dany is Amanda Seyfried.

I don't see why Seyfried is your crack!Dany, she looks like a good fit for the part at least in terms of appearance. In any case, I agree she'd be good for the part.

Westwick looks like he could make a good Theon, and Arm looks like she'd make a good Arya as well.

It occurs to me that all the child actors and actresses are going to have their work cut out for them. This is substantially beyond what the average child star deals with. This'll be a bit like Jodie Foster playing in "Taxi Driver."

I mean, they're all three crack really since they're all under contract for other shows right now.

Ah, I see what you mean XD Familiar with the television acting world I am not, heheheh. I barely know who anyone is in TV and movies, much less who's under contract and who's not doing anything at the moment.

Just for the crack and the lols, I would be interested in seeing Elijah Wood play as something in this... it wouldn't even have to be anything big, it could just be a bit part XD

I cannot see Jonah Hill playing Sam. Not...at all.

Any particular reason why not? Granted the only reason I picked him was strictly from his appearance... and now that I think about it, he hasn't really done any serious roles in his entire career. Is that why you can't see him in the part?

TOTALLY with you on Viggo Mortensen and Jeremy Irons. :) Famke Janssen seems too old to me for Asha, and doesn't have the colouring I'd imagined on Asha; same re. Emma Watson and Margaery, and Emma is a bit of a crack choice due to her being about to go off to university (it's apparently going to be a stretch to film all her remaining Deathly Hallows bits before she leaves).

Mark Addy as Robert - how interesting! I've only seen him in comedic roles and while Robert is a joke towards the end, he was once a great warrior and someone who commanded respect and allegiance. I'm sure they know what they're doing though and am really looking forward to this!

Here is my totally impossible dreamcast:
Edward Norton as Littlefinger
Lena Headey as Catelyn
the girl from Let the right one in as Arya

Katee Sackhoff as Brienne (I know Katee is too beautiful but i want to see her fighting with sword and with bad ass attitude. And with Jaime:)))

James Callis as anyone.

Sean Bean is perfect, but I can't see Kit Harison as Jon. Something is missing, imo. And i think Harry Lloyd should have cast for Theon.

I love their choice of Sean Bean as Ned! I can really imagine playing this sort of character, and he totally looks the part. :)

The rest seems fine. There's no one in that list I would have thought of, but I think they'll work just fine.

I agree with whoever made the youtube clip on a few choices too:
Katee Sackhoff for Brienne would be lovely, as would be Johnny Depp as Littlefinger ♥
My dream cast though would also include Ewan McGregor as Edmure.
