good news.........bad news

well the good news is I do not have anything like an aneurysm going on. the bad news they can not seem to stop this headache from hell. after another 3 hour session in the ER they still know nothing about what is causing this horrible pain in my skull. The Doc I saw yesterday seems to think I have a tension headache...........WELL IF IT IS JUST A

Ok...I know you won't listen, bt you should try to stretch your muscles and RELAX. For real relax. Take a hot bath. Get a massage. But really try to stretch all over. I could bring over a stretching yoga tape with a hot Asian man on it for you. It really helps.
