Yeesh, you've got your to-do list DETAILED.

Here's my list for Katsucon:

- run around like a chicken with my head cut off.

Not really, but that's what it feels like at the moment. With luck, even with everything I have to do outside of Katsu prep, I should have everything ready to go by the time I leave about noontime on Thursday.

I tend to plan very carefully. It's the EXECUTION that's tricky. :P But so far everything's going nicely. I got about half of what was left on my personal shopping list.
