I think the reason why people would see Casey as top because he's experienced...Chuck's pretty much living a sheltered life. While Casey as a spy had seen and done many things. And I think Casey's a type of person that like to be in control.

Casey is a little [GG] bit of a control freak and wedded to his job. He doesn't seem to do much sitting back and watching the roses.
