Monday, September 13, 2021: I Shopped, I Didn't Drop!

Yesterday was an ordinary one but one in which I did one thing that I'd never done before, at least not this way: I went food shopping on my own.

A huge Giant Foods opened nearby but, when I walked there on Tuesday, 7 September, right after I got home from Lewes, it was closed.

Eeks! Poor Giant - that does seem like they are losing a TON of money every day they are closed!

I think that line in TJs would have made me turn around and go home - however - toilet paper is a really good reason to persevere :D

Yay for Not Dropping on that marathon shopping trip! Poor Giant. They must've had some serious, serious damage as a result of the flood. Glad you had another store close by. I wonder if it's the only one open in the area - that huge line makes me think so.
