Yesterday I documented my daily steps for the period July 15 -- July 28 HERE. I'm going to finish off July and post my August steps now, for my own records, but I'll spare your eyes and put them under a cut.

But the good thing is that on those last few weeks you still were walking every day. So, go you!

I personally think that walk looks too long in that heat. (Hell, I think it looks too long without taking the heat into account.) Perhaps best to arrive sweat-free. ;D

Putting a cap on is non-traumatizing! But 87F is awfully warm to be trudging across blacktop.

Maybe walk home - that way you have no deadline and have no rush - there won't be any stress to hurry up so you aren't late?
And if it turns out to be too hot - find a bus bench, take a seat and call an uber or cab for the rest of the way home.

I didn't realize you were going through the implant procedure. My husband is at the beginning, having had the tooth pulled about three weeks ago.
