Chapter 37: It was all a lie
Wooyoung could not bear the truth that stunned and ravaged his heart so deeply... why Nichkhun had been so distant... why Nichkhun was acting the way he did... Of course it all made sense now but, the love lingering in his heart covered it in lies; that was the only way to hide the darkness and anxiety he felt coursing through his inner-thoughts known as jealousy.
"khun you're hard already hehe~" said the boy as he slid his right hand down Nichkhun's pants.
"and you're not?" Nichkhun snickers as his lips presses onto the boy's.
Without a second of hesitation, Wooyoung turns around and walks lifelessly with his head down, not looking at what was in front of him.
-bump-
A tall figure hindered Wooyoung's path as his forehead met with somebody's chest.
"... Wooyoung..." Taecyeon said in a compassionate and pitiful tone, he slides his right hand forward and touches Wooyoung's left cheek.
"Don't say anything... it's better this way." Wooyoung touches Taecyeon's hand and walks away as a single tear emerges from his left eye.
"... You think it's better this way? what's the point of hurting yourself?" said Taecyeon.
"... the point is... I still love him... and that's that..."
"but..."
"excuse me... but I have been out long enough." Wooyoung walks away as this conversation of pity just hurt him even more.
Taecyeon did not understand Wooyoung's reasoning for his so-called 'love', but all he could think about now was why... why did this happen in the first place?
That question was about to be answered as footsteps clicked louder and louder behind him.
"Taec?" said Nichkhun as he raises his left brow.
"..." Taecyeon has his head down as he held a fist tightly.
Nichkhun takes a step closer and pokes Taecyeon's back.
"... Khun..." Taecyeon's voice became coarse and shaky.
"Yeah?"
"...forget it... let's walk back it's almost time." Taecyeon releases his fist and walks away.
"Khun~ one last thing~" the boy ran up and back hugs Nichkhun.
"yeah?" Nichkhun touches the boy's face as he smiles and waddles in place along with the boy.
"come here at the end of the filming~ I'll be waiting~" the boy slips a piece of paper into Nichkhun's left pants pocket and nibbles on Nichkhun's ear.
During the filming of idol army...
Boom: "They are very fine, youthful, and incredible guests."
All [2PM + Boom: "PLEASE COME OUT!"
SHINee enters as the curtain unfolds.
The filming continued on and indeed everything was going smoothly... Professionally, Wooyoung did not let his emotions hinder his image in front of the camera but he couldn't help but glance over at Nichkhun and Minho who was just announced a pair. Undoubtedly... he could feel that the script was seriously favored in their direction but what could he do? Being an idol, he has restraints but... being a normal person - he just hates it... hates it to the point of devastation and getting onto his knees and cry...
Junho nudges Wooyoung and whispers in the background, hoping the cameras couldn't catch it, "Are you okay...?"
Wooyoung nods with his lips tightly sealed.
Junho gives a look of concern as the PD just yelled cut and tells them to take 5. Being concerned for his fellow bandmate, he walks up to the scriptwriter and PD who were chatting about the next scene.
"umm... I got a suggestion~"
3 minutes later, Junho smiles and bows as he runs towards Jaebeom.
"Wooyoung-ssi, can you come over here for a second? I want to discuss the specifics and changes for the next scene."
Wooyoung walks over and meets the PD and scriptwriters. He nods and absorbs the information into his mind; he notices Junho looking his way as he stood in the distance with Jaebeom.
"Okay let's resume the filming!"
The scene involved Wooyoung wearing a white glove and soon after forming a pair with Junho since Jaebeom and Jonghyun were already a pair.
This gave time for Junho to apprehend the situation at hand and chat with Wooyoung when the camera wasn't directed on them specifically.
"Wooyoung... talk to me... I am here to help ya know? We've been together since Timeless and our trainee days... if something is biting you, just let it out... kay?" Junho whispers to Wooyoung through his smile.
"... maybe... just give me some time to think first..." Wooyoung replies back.
Meanwhile...
During the soccer match between Taemin+Taecyeon and Nichkhun+Minho...
Taecyeon puckers the pingpong ball into his lips and shoots it out at the opposing team. His expression might be cheery but his eyes were fixated on Nichkhun.
Nichkhun and Minho failed to block the ball but their lips touched slightly from the action taken.
Seeing this, Wooyoung bit his lower lip while his eyes started to water slightly. All he could do now was... hold it in and laugh like a fool.

-2PM's changing room-
Nichkhun: "I'm leaving first, manager-hyung... I wanna step out for a bit - I'll be back before curfew."
Manager: "Fine... next time though, tell me ahead of time... I don't want to explain and talk to Minji about this and that again..."
Nichkhun: "Thank you~ you're the MAN...ager" escaping through the door swiftly, Nichkhun was out of sight.
Manager: "Okay guys, let's head back~"
Jaebeom: "Can we grab a bite to eat first...?
Manager: "Fine... but we're only going to a cafe... you guys are on a diet ya know?"
Junho: "You should tell that to Chansung" he sneers as he looks at Chansung grabbing a bundle of bananas out of his backpack.
Manager: "Let's go before I change my mind."
-2nd floor at a nearby cafe where it's blocked off just for 2PM-
Manager: "Take your orders and sit patiently - I'm going to go to the ATM down the street real quick... I forgot the company card apparently..."
Junsu: "You just want to visit the cashier."
Manager: "Oh Junsu, your order cannot exceed 2000 won."
Junsu: "Just kidding!!! TAKE YOUR TIME!"
Manager: "I will~"
The manager walks down the stairs and can be seen walking down the street through the 2nd floor window.
Junho stood up and walks into the direction of the washroom, "I'll be back~"
-Washroom-
Junho was washing his hands as he checks his sideburns and fixes his hair.
"hehehe~" chuckled a voice...
Junho looks around and sees somebody's feet with blue jeans pulled down to their ankle.
"... ah fuck... your lips are so warm... ah..." moaned another voice... but this voice was very very familiar...
Junho knew that curiousity kills the cat but... seeing that the familiar voices was indeed familiar, he tiptoes into the stall beside the occupied one. There he stood ontop the covered toilet seat and takes a peek to confirm.
His eyes opened wide as he sees Nichkhun sitting ontop of the water tank while Minho bent over giving him a blowjob. Quickly covering his mouth as he was about to gasp... he grabs his phone and takes a few pictures and scurries out of the washroom.
"Junho..." Taecyeon husked as he leaned on a nearby wall in front of the washroom door.
"y-y-yeah?" Junho panicked as he nearly drops his phone.
"don't tell Wooyoung..."
Junho wore a dark expression as he retaliates with his reasoning, "Why shouldn't I tell him? He has the right to know!"
"It will only hurt him more... plus... he already knows... and he chose to live in denial over reality... that's the only thing that's keeping him going." Taecyeon walks toward Junho.
"... so basically... It was all a lie..." said Wooyoung as he stood behind Junho.
Junho turns around and sees Wooyoung exiting from the washroom door.
