I've been kicked out from where I live and disowned by my family and have no friends I can stay with.The only place that might take me is this Christian ( Baptist ) rehab over in Titusville Florida.The problem is Im lesbian and I know thats the reason the Christian rehab womens care center here in Leesburg Florida turned me away even though I never

You are not cursed for being gay. You cannot make yourself attracted to men because you are not MEANT to be attracted to men. Follow your heart. Remember that God is a loving God.

What I suggest to you is to seek guidance and help with a Unitarian church. They are accepting of all faiths (christian, muslim, wiccan, et cetera), and are accepting of ANYONE, regardless of sexual orientation or race. They may be able to help with providing a place to go, as well as guiding you spiritually if you so choose.

I know, I have a conflict too with wishing for the Church and the people inside those churches to be more tolerant of others.

Thanks all,I dont know of any Unitarian churches around here.I guess i'll have to look in the phone book and see if there is one.I have never seen any churches like that around here.This is a small town and the majority of the town is Southern Baptist,its also a very racist redneck town.I wish I could find a place to live over in Orlando.I know Orlando had a church for gays and lesbians.But I have no car anymore,( due to a head on collision )and no money right now and even if I could get to Orlando I wouldnt have a place to stay.Everything just seems so hopeless right now.
