Well so far I got 1 guy who doesn't speak English well enough to make out more than 1/3 of what he was saying. He eventually gave up and hung up on me. Then today I got a voicemail from someone that left their work number (cab company) that isn't answered right away and I get an automated announcement that seems to indicate I'll be waiting on hold for no specific person, just whoever gets the phone first. Since they left no name it will be hard to establish who it was that called. This person offered $200. So an offer of $200 with more cohearant contact information would get priority so far. -_-
