Savannah and Johnny had enjoyed a long, well-spent day together with Chris and Summer, but afterwards they'd come back to their room, took a shower together, and ordered room service by candlelight. Savannah looked up from where she had been playing with her salad a little bit and smiled as she nodded at him.

"I did -- after you guys finally figured out who was driving," she teased. "We don't really spend enough time with Chris and Summer."

To Savannah's mind, it didn't really matter if it was legal at home or not, did it? They had been together for awhile and weren't going to break up over the legalities of their marriage -- were they?

Highly doubtful. They hadn't talked much about the marriage or anything like that.

She liked their rings, too.

She shook her head and took a drink. "I felt safer with you in back holding onto me when we hit some of those first dunes."
