Second Life...

What do you know about it?? I joined tonight without having anyone's influence... so I am all alone. I really know nothing about it. I got stuck in a barn this evening... of course I did, right. Of all places to get stuck.

It's a roleplaying game online. Just do a search for Second Life and you can find it.
One of my friend's roommates used it because you can RP everything, including sex, and he liked that part a lot.

What's really funny is the absolute minute detail you can go into creating your character. Evertyhing from facial bone structure to body muscle mass etc. You can be really specific. I actually found that really fun... elongating then shrinking her nose... bulging out her belly, then shrinking it again, "look, I'm pregnant" "look, I'm not"
anyways...
it needs a really good game card or something like that, though, or all that detail will crash your computer. And if doesn't crash your computer, it moves really, really slow.
I mean really slow. It's like dial up ten times slower.

I wish I could tell you something.
But my computer doesn't have a good enough game card to support it. It kept crashing when I played... even after I worked so hard to make my character. I spent hours on her, then... kablam. Once I tried moving around, it all fell apart.
I've been trying to use it, though.
Let me know how fun it is, maybe I'll get the extra hardware so I can play.
