Yeah, it sucks.

I am a master of the angry letter. My last one got this take out restaurant in trouble with the Health Department after they gave me a sandwich on moldy bread and then gave me shit about giving me my money back.

I think you should copy this entry, paste it into word, change a few lines, slap a header and footer and send it in to them. The way they treated you was unacceptable. Not to mention the fact that they allow BLFLs to ruin people's trips. (I for one have a particular disdain for BLFLs myself and would be resisting the urge to do some B-slappin'.)I had a miserable experience with Greyhound a few years ago and I will never do business with them again.

I know - I so wanted to smack that lady once she started yelling in people's faces. Actually, I keep envisioning myself walking up to her and very calmly and quietly saying "There's no need to be a bitch and you're just making the situation worse." Man - I should have done it!
