Round 3 update!

Oh my gosh, is it that time already? It is, it is! You might have noticed that the Round 2 Masterlist went up, and you might have guessed that that meant the mods were getting all their ducks in a row in preparation. You would be correct!

Round 3 will open in the middle of February, just the same as Round 2. In fact, we're going to keep most of
