Canvas - A Skintone Set
Well, it's about time I got around to finishing and uploading these, isn't it?
This certainly didn't take forever to complete XD With several revisions along the way and a few changes of plans. But here it finally is, a fairly complete set of skintones. This is a set of skintone blends, I didn't make most of the parts on it, just borrowed them and occasionally scribbled over them a bit XD. So credits first because that is most important.

The bodies are fairly matte (because I prefer matte over shiny). Both male and female are barbie from the waist down but the females (and of course the males) do have nipples. I'm linking the body preview shots (this will be a really long post otherwise):

Modeling for us are Mr Face Template 2 and Miss Face Template 1 :P The faces are completely makeup free. There are no eyelashes, no lipstick. I realize this may make the faces appear a little bland but I can say that they do layer nicely with face masks. The teeth are more or less Maxis (so you'll have to put a facekit on there if you want nicer teeth, or edit them).
I've labelled the files 1 - 7 because I am horrible at coming up with good names for skintone blends. There are three download sets, a set of all seven skintones as custom skintones, which means they're genetically dominant but won't randomly show up in your game. A set of geneticized *and* townified skintones (genetic values set at 0.05/0.10/0.30/0.45/0.60/0.75/0.90) and a set of default replacements replacing S1 through S4 with skintones 2, 3, 5 and 7 with the other three tones added as geneticized skins.

Aliens! Because we all know I love them, and because I might want a multi-PT at some point, there are four alien skintones to choose from.
First up is the standard green (but with spots)

The spots are the same on male and female and across all ages. There is a custom version and a default version, remember you can only have one alien default in your game.

Purple, because purple just looks nice. Male and female have the same decorations. Again, default and a custom version available:

I rather liked playing around with some effects for a change so the blue one is kinda speckly and perhaps a little shinier. Same as above, male and female body share the same decorations. Default or custom, your choice.

And a grey one. I am happy with it now but it was giving me some real fits when trying to make it. Same ole same ole, body decorations are the same for both genders, default or custom available.

Plantsim. This one was a lot of work, I'm not drawing vines again for quite a while. I used the maxis vines as a base and just expanded on them to make the skintone much heavier in the vines. There is a custom version of each skintone as well as a default replacement.

The werewolf skintones. I'm especially happy with how these turned out, I've been wanting to try to make a werewolf skintone for quite some time, partially due to the lack of them out there and I don't entirely like the faces on the Maxis. These reuse quite a bit of the Maxis werewolf body but are a little lighter on the hair. Custom versions for both and a default.
I should note for the default, it is big, it comes in at 14mb after it's unpacked because it replaces ALL the werewolf textures files. If you use this fix you won't notice the alien werewolf skintone (because it makes it so all skintones will only ever use the s3 werewolf skintone), if you don't use the fix the alien werewolf skin will work, but your custom skintoned sims won't get werewolf fur at all. I wish I knew of a way around this, but alas. I may upload a smaller default that just replaces the S3 skintone files if there's a desire for it later.

And lastly, the zombie. I wanted to keep it a bit plainer this time, rather than full of scars and wounds, so it was more versatile. I'm not sure if it's not too plain, but I am satisfied with it. Custom and default version, you know the drill.
