STOP being stressed out. You need to find something that Relaxes you! What would that be. Do you like doing crafts? maybe cooking? what about screaming at the top of your lungs in the middle of bumper to bumper traffic and getting out of the car and running around, hands waving in the air, yelling obsenities?
