I've decided to share some cool recipe I've tried, and which my testers liked.

Tomatoes and Goat Cheese Pie

Ingredients (for a pie mold of 27 cm or 10" 5/8)
1 puff pastry or shortcrust pastry - I've made this recipe with both the both are good, you can buy it or make it it's up to you
