I've been wanting to do this for some time, and now I can make the change thanks to a horrid beast of a friend.* I will keep all my friends/memberships, and no links to o0o_faor_o0o will be disrupted. Hurrah! Honestly I'll be glad because I can never remember how your current name goes so if I need to bug you I have to go to my userinfo to find a link to your journal ><

I've used this name on the internet for 10 years, but it has way too many syllables so I go by 'Thene' in the blogosphere and on both A03 and Dreamwidth...it's taken on LJ but I've considered switching to 'sethene' sometime (...yeah, god help me). Hrm.

yeah. it's been an issue with a lot of people, especially with the "o"-"zero"-"o" pattern. I mean, even in my own journal style, o0o looks like the same symbol three times. And there's also the bit where it just doesn't look right/mature. /shrug. I mean, my dw and ao3 are already faorism, so I've just been waiting for this!

Whatever's more comfortable for you! I like your name, and I like the other options too. ♥

*nod* Rightly or wrongly having any kind of character array at both the beginning and end of a name (other than a single underscore, I guess?) is kinda visually associated with emo/sXe kids in their early teens. :/ 'Faorism' will get you passed as older, I figure.
