Our campus was on unpaid furlough this past week. I took a couple extra days vacation. So, I've been off work since March 31st. And as with any time I spend away from work lately, it has been enlightening

It's so trying when ppl make fun arrangements that clearly exclude you in front of you! So rude and thoughtless. I was at a dinner party the other day when the same thing happened. But whatever. They're just selfish idiots.

Next time if they ask you, don't housesit for them. Seriously. Stay and nest in your own home and feel safe and comfy even if alone.

I hate being dumped by friends who suddenly decide they have something better to do. Especially if they pay no heed to the inconvenience to you, as in your football buddy.
