Cardcaptor Aiba - Chapter 7
"I am the judge,"
I was speechless when I heard the sentence coming from Ohchan? What does he mean? He is the judge? The judge that Sho chan has told us about before? The judge that will determine if Aiba chan would be the rightful owner of the Clow cards? If he is the judge, why didn't he tell us before this?
"Nino, I know you are surprised to know this but,..."
"Why didn't you tell me before this?"
"Nino, listen to me first. It's not that I don't want to tell you but I don't believe it until today. I am the reincarnation of the judge. It started after Aiba caught FIREY that I have started to have a weird dream. That is when the dream makes me realized that it is my memory in the life before this. I dream when Clow chose me as the Judge. And, when Matsujun caused chaos after Aiba chan was chosen as Clow's successor,"
Hearing his explanation makes me think for a while. It seems that all of my friends are somehow connected to Clow. To be exact, we are the disciples of Clow if the dream that I had just now is actually my memory. I don't believe in reincarnation but it seems that it may have been true.
"So, you are the judge, Sho is the guardian and Aiba is the owner. Who am I and J then?" Ohchan just shook his head hearing my question before he gave an answer.
"I don't know. It seems that just like Sho chan, my memory is surpressed,"
"Ne, Ohchan what did you see in your dream about the chaos?"
"Just like in your dream. I died while trying to save you," I just stared at him for a while. There is another question that I want to ask him but I'm afraid to hear the answer, not because of the answer but its implications, at least in my point of view. But, I still want to know the about it. So, hesitantly I asked.
"Are we lovers in our past life?"
Ohchan just smiled hearing my question. He took my hands and held them for a while before leaning in to kiss my forehead.
"Yes, you are my boyfriend. Forever and ever,"
"What if you don't really love me in this life but you attracted to me because of our relationship in the past?" Ohchan just chuckled hearing my question before answering.
"Ne, Nino. I love you. Not because you are my lover in the past life but because I really really love you. Don't you see it? We are meant for each other. No matter how many times we are born to this world, you are the only one that I love and we will always be together," without warning, he lean towards me and kiss me on my lips.
"Now, let's go to sleep. We will try to uncover the truth about our life tomorrow. You are tired because a lot of things happened so you need to take a rest. If not, we will be unable to think about this,"
I just nodded hearing his suggestion. I closed my eyes and started to think about the reason J was angry when Aiba was chosen as the new owner of the Clow cards. But, with Ohchan's hand hugging me possessively on my waist, I'm unable to think at all. So, I just closed my eyes and sleep. It's going to be a long day tomorrow but, now, it's not the time to think about all of this.
