My book affair ~

Jun 23, 2009 20:58

Due to my recent book cravings, I thought it be best if I let the pics explain on my behalf.

These are the books that I'm expected to finish before College starts. Seeing this lot, I don't even think I would be able to finish this by the end of the year! Especially, when I'd be busy with my A-Levels next Monday; =(

That is one heck of a lot of books and none of them a non-fictional tale of engineering science. I remember The Thorn Birds mini-series. The odd mix of forbidden love not only between a priest and a woman but also the fact that he was so much older than her. (And I think they implied that they had an attraction beginning in her early teens, but that was only my impression of the movie.)

I love the books that you have, indeed a true avid fan of reading!

I ought to place all my books on display =)

Oh yeah, twilight is good, and simple to grasp.
I've got the entire series myself =)
(we know how some books are so tough to comprehend)
I suppose that your mummy's hooked onto the forbidden romance thing!

Have fun reading dear! =)

Yeah! Twilight used simple English =) It's a bit direct.
I used to hate Jacob in the 2nd book, but changed my mind in the later 3rd and 4th books. I hope 'New Moon' would be better then the book...it was torture reading NM =_= Poor Bella~
Like mother like daughter I guess...XD

hahah, thx :)

You're making me want to quit these articles and grab the books I have in line. That Robert Jordan fellow looks awfully tempting now..

Also, what type is VC Andrews? I've never heard of that author.

Robert Jordan, he wrote the "Wheel Of Times" saga, (checked from wiki). Ah, fantasy books =D

VC Andrews is the family drama saga type. She died in 1986, so thats why you probably don't heard from her =/ She's popular for the bestselling "Flowers In The Attic" book in the 70's. Her works are continued by Andrew Neiderman, the author of "The Devil's Advocate" under her pen name so he's her ghost writer.
