One very long walk and an abjectly-begged eagle-taxi later...

Firiel: *pounces* Faramir!

Faramir: SIS!!! I'm cold and muddy and I think there's a frog in my sock. *glomps anyway*

Firiel: Oh, that's disgusting. *hugs tight* I've missed you!

Faramir: M'sorry. I didn't MEAN to get killed. *woeful look*

Firiel: *smacks his arm lightly* I know. *hugs again* I'm just glad you're back. *eyedart* Artamir is starting to get far too protective... It'll be nice to have you around again.

Faramir: A: He just worries about you, Firi. And me. And lots of things. Um. He hasn't tried to lock you into a room yet, has he?

Firiel: Oh, thank Eru, not yet. He hasn't gotten to that stage yet. But that's what I have a husband for, right?

Faramir: HE'S back too...? *blinkblink* I must have missed a major memo. *sneezes* Can I get a towel?

Firiel: *grabs one and hands it to him, rubbing his hair* Arvedui is back, yes. But I'm not married to him any more. *takes a deep breath* Rather complicated story.

Faramir: *muffled under towelling* "I'm not married to him anymore" sounds pretty simple to me.

Firiel: That's not the whole story, really. *wipes his cheek and kisses it* But we can save it for later.

Faramir: *hopefully* After dinner?

Firiel: Of course. *eyes him* Do you need a bath as well?

Faramir: A hot one. *shivers* Some of this mud is from the place where I, well, uh, where my BODY was. *shivershiver* And then yes, I want to know what's going on, who's the King, where's Father, where's 'Tamir, all that. What year is it, anyway?

Firiel: I honestly couldn't tell you... I think I recall someone telling me we are in the sixth age. *shakes her head* But let's get you cleaned up first.

Faramir: Sixth...? But what happened to the other-- *cracks a huge yawn and drapes soggily over your shoulder* Oh, who cares. I'm home. I mean, you're here, so this is home. :D

Firiel: *wraps an arm around his waist* It is home, yes. *smiles* Come. *takes him to a room and gets him set up for a bath*
