I happen to catch Rachel Ray's show a week or so ago and thought my family would like this. They did. It is this first time I have tried Fennel and I really liked it. Sweet unique flavor.

I don't like spicy sausage, but I might try it with brats. Although I don't know what the heck that means with the fennel.

I think it would work with Brats just fine. I get the mild Italian sausage or even the sweet Italian would be good.

It was great! I enjoy lettuce on my sandwiches for the crunchiness. So, I really enjoyed the celery and fennel.

I had never had fennel and it was really good. I loved the crunchiness on the sandwich.
