It's been another month, and now the next Journey chapter is ready to go live.

How lovely to hear from DEL again! I was sorry that she just sorta faded away from fandom (or at least, that was my view of it from my own burned-out hole), so nice to know things are okay with her. I'm not surprised that her review sparked your creative muse again - sometimes that's all it takes, knowing that one other person wants to know what happens. The trick is in keeping the flow going once its started again.

Yes. It was really a treat to see her review last June and be able to reconnect with her. It's a shame that the fandom seemed to fracture the way it did. I think all fandoms have that happen at some stage, but I just hope that she'll stick around and noodle some more in it at times. And yes, the battle to keep the story going is one that never seems to end. I find it a relaxing escape from a lot of things, so hopefully that'll continue. It's been exciting to see what happens next here and there as I go along.

I for one was glad to see it when you said you'd be posting again. I had no clue about the crossover side of it, but I was enjoying it none the less. I myself took a long break and only came back a couple of months before you, finished one WIP, have added over 20 chapters to another and started a new one. I have however not kept to monthly updates as I hoped since we bought a house and then had to move and that is very time consuming and tiring.

Anyway, I look forward to next months update!

I'm glad you enjoyed it so much to come back to it, too. It's been a wild ride and I like the pace I'm working at right now. I can do other things and still know I have a chapter ready to go while working on one off and on that won't post for another few months. That's taken a lot of pressure off and allowed the story to kinda bloom again. And I can't wait to post next month's, either. I really enjoyed writing that one all the way back in November/Early December, so yay!

Happy birthday! And I'm so happy that my review prompted you to come back to this piece. I still enjoy it and love continuing to learn more about the characters from the Eddings series as well as how you portray our favorites from InuYasha. I look forward to each new chapter and usually read it at least twice to make sure I didn't miss anything. Hope everything is going well for you in real life and still thrilled you found time to work on this again. Hope you have a great birthday and enjoy your holiday weekend.
