I had my ego handed to me three times this afternoon over a chess board. There is something especially humbling about being beaten at a game which involves no luck

I enjoy games. Unfortunately, I'm not that good at them, including the ones I like best. I really don't enjoy playing them if I always lose. I envy your ability to keep playing, and also your ability to learn and improve.

One of the things i like about Go is that it has the built in handicap formula to equalize things, except in extreme circumstances.
