I've been given the most daunting of tasks at work this summer. The University Archives have 534 boxes of information on 'Notable Grads.' These files were assembled and maintained for roughly the first half of the twentieth century, after which, I presume, it simply became too daunting of a task. Thanks. I think it's actually impossible for me to do; I'm writing my boss a progress report tomorrow and I'm going to say that, really, the university should give us more funding to deal with this. We'll see.

beautifully written. i've decided you need to write a novel, becuase i'd read it.
that job sounds absolutely facinating (when it's not boring of course). i love history, sounds pretty interesting...

Information on changes of address 80 years ago is suddenly "sensitive?" Wierd.
