school...blah. some art though. :)

So school has been taking up all my time...well, not really- I always manage to find some computer time even though I have tons to do. So I'm actually gonna ramble on about things...kinda boring but I wanted to write. So if you're not interested, just skip to the art cut.

So it's reaching the end of semester, so there's a lot of work. Well in (extended) French, we just finished this big project where we had to make this magazine/newspaper thing. And now we have our CA (culminating activity...kinda like a project that's worth 10% of our grade) and it's so hard!! Ok, so there's this book "Contes Choisis de Guy de Maupassant". We have to read one of the stories and write a certain thing about it- I'm reading Mademoiselle Perle and I have to talk about the characters. Doesn't seem so hard, but when I started reading it I was like dying. I've read french books before and haven't really had a big issue, but like no one in the class can understand their stories. The words just like pass right through me...and I just get so bored of reading it. So in like the hour & half of class I managed to read like 3 out of like 20 pages. It's not that long, but like I said it's really hard for me to understand and everybody else's story is shorter. :/

Then I have science....oh dear, science is like killing me. We're teaching ourselves the whole weather unit in one week and it's so much work. We have to draw all these diagrams- and I HATE diagrams. I hate drawing & colouring, I so suck at it. Well, I actually traced...but oh well, lol. And then the questions, there's only 16, but like half the questions are like go to page ___ and answer questions #1-whatever. And the others are just really complicated and long. Then I still have that stupid science review to do which is like pages + pages long with question after question.

And then math- well really, not complaining about math. I'm really good at math and we're just doing reviews in class...so really, not very hard.

And then media arts...media arts can be my favourite class, but certain days (such as today...) it's the most boring thing ever. The group I'm in is making our last movie called detention- it's something kinda like the breakfast club. Oh- and we're doing this chase scene where they have to get back to class before the teacher and filming it has been so fun so far! Well the boring part...today, we wanted to edit, but all our computers were being used and all the other ones were taken...grr. Like in class all these other people who aren't even in the class come in to work on stuff, which is why our computers were taken. So we decided to just wander around the school hallways which the most boring thing ever. I should've just left...our teacher wouldn't even noticed, like really- he doesn't notice anything...

So, besides the stuff now, exams are soon. I think the tuesday after next week. I'm not too worried about them though. Like media arts is gonna be the easiest exam ever since the class is filled with dumbasses. Math- I never study for math...doing the review will basically be my studying. Sciene- again, review will be my studying...I think I'll look over it though. And french- I don't even know what the hell is going to be on the french examn. :/ Thank god we already did the grammar part of it, there's so much grammar to know & all grammar rules have so many exceptions. It'll probably be something on the books we've read though. That should be fine...even though I didn't even really read the books, I still manage to do good somehow. The good thing about exams is that this year we have like 4 days off after them! The stupid part is that second semester starts on a friday...wtf.

Wow! That was a lot of rambling about school. Stupid school.

Well I missed Supernatural yesterday! There's a re-run on Space I think though, so hopefully I'll catch it. And the reason I missed it...I went to my friends' play yesterday. There in the drama program at school, so there class, along with the other drama program grades presented their plays. Well their play was called Amoung Friends and Clutter...or something along those lines. Well anyways, it was so good!! I laughed so much and I even teared up at one of my friend's part. I'm so proud of them. :)

So art...finally! Only three new wallpapers, as I said, I've been kinda busy. I have some icons too (Popular and OTH), but I don't feel like uploading them right now.

Complicated Love - This is something made for a challenge at BWF. It's a manip of Faith/Buffy. I didn't like how it was going at first but I'm actually quite proud of it.

The One - Also made for that challenge at BWF. Another manip and it's of Xander and Fred.

Nathan and Peyton - The title says it all- well except that this is from One Tree Hill. I miss season 1 so much!!! It was just so real and down to earth, but now it's overly dramatic. I feel bad about it, but I haven't really been liking season 4...like just too much drama for me. I haven't even watched the last episode (and it's been how long since it aired...). Season 1 was realistic problems with the occasional big drama...but the point is that it was a lot more real. I miss s1 Haley the most. She was just so adorable and I loved her like that. I don't dislike her now, but she was so much better back then. I miss s1 realistic Naley, s1 bitchy yet growing character that was Peyton, s1 slutty yet likable Brooke, s1 Laley...the friendship that was more important than anything, s1 jackass changed good guy (who was actually kinda interesting) Nathan, Jake! the ultimate sweety, the less dramatic but much more interesting love triangle, Haley/Peyton who were just so cute...and I could name so much more. Well, onto the art, lol. I wrote a lot about that...

Anywhos...I wrote so much, lol. And apologies in advance for all the typos that I know I made. But I don't want to re-read this. And- I also made some OTH caps (s1 of course!) but didn't have time to upload them all & add them to gallery, so I'll post them later.
