The Polish Prince

So I am here at work and suddenly my polish side screams at me. FOOD you want food from your homeland!!! So yeah I am craving pierogis, goulash, my dad's roast pork. Looks like I will be line to the store and get pierogi fixins and make a batch. Nice dark beer, hot pierogis, sourkraut, bit of apple sauce and sour cream.... mmmmm

Next time I will make a few different types and fry them up in butter and oil.

well I am making a huge batch of pot roast tommarow I can use that and the left over filling I have and make a fresh batch for saturday.
