Physio update
Yesterday I saw the physio, and overall I was quite impressed. I arrived slightly early, was still left waiting less than 5 minutes in a clean bright waiting area with lots of leaflets/books/magazines to read etc, and then called in by a very frienly, competant, enthusiastic member of staff for my assessment.
