Just realised... you have a car / access to a car now?

Any plans for 13th, 14th or 15th August? I know purpletom is off work then & we don't have any confirmed plans for those days, if you fancied seeing pootling over to Thame?

Well, I have no specific plans at the moment :o

But then again :\ Right now, I have no car either. Once again the blessed thing's off the road awaiting repairs that the warranty people 'missed'.

Sadly, as it turns out this one requires rover genuine parts rather than third party ones, so it might be a while before I get rolling again.

Got a train station nearby?

Haddenham & Thame Parkway - no idea how easy it would be to get to from MK though... I know when I had to get to MK for working on the boats I ended up going by bus (280 Thame > Aylesbury then X15 Aylesbury > MK) but I wouldn't recommend that as it took around 2 - 2 1/2 hours!

purpletom says it'd probably be easiest to get a bus (X5) to Bicester, then train to Haddenham - you'll need Bicester North to get to Haddenham... actually, he's just said we could pick you up from Bicester...
