For what it's worth, when I read that Christopher Hitchens had died, you were the first person I thought of.

Also, right after that, I remembered that I had completely forgotten to mail you that book of Hunter S. Thompson interviews for which Christopher Hitchens did the foreward, even though I told you I would months ago. So maybe I should go drop that in the mail. ;)
