Discussion Post: Episodes 3.13 - Scratch'n'Sniff - GENERAL

This show is so frelling colorful, I don't even--
Scratch'n'Sniff, as told in random caps.
It opens with a bar, there's a massive amount of shots there, and I'd like to start at one end and work my way down...
John Crichton is having a very bad, no-good-day.
Jool keeps stealing his cash.
D'Argo keeps eye-rolling at him.
"Oh, yeah. They are gonna write songs about the way you guys tore this place up." - Chiana
And Chiana keeps mocking the boys. As one should.
Especially since he gets himself rolled for his cash and left in a window.

With a crowd watching.
Dance, John, dance.
Pilot, of course, doesn't believe him. As one shouldn't. ;)
"It's a weird universe out there, man. You don't know that, 'cause you're spending all your time indoors!" - Crichton
Pilot probably believes the girls danced and Chiana played with fire, though. (we have Gigi's family background to thank for that, I believe)
Pilot does not believe in aliens.
In a digression, can I talk about this show and its use of color? BECAUSE OMG.

Srsly. Look at that red and white minimalism.
"You don't want these broken." - Chi
Proving that there's some sort of thought given to Chiana's wee encounter with that light entity from Losing Time.
Again, with the use of color, also, I LOVE how Chiana is dancing off like an airplane flying through streamers, there.
Of course, in the end, it all comes back to John and D'Argo blaming each other for Pilot kicking them off the ship. Pilot likes the girls, Pilot doesn't like the boys. Pilot is fairly smart. ;)
