I recently spent almost $200 (USD$160-ish) on books, hurrah!

Went into a book chain and bought every Neil Gaiman book available. I even asked the store lady to check their other branches for Gaiman books too because I am absolutely in love with the man's brain MUST READ THEM ALL

Haha, it's really about a year's worth of pent-up can't-buy-books frustration gone mad! It's so good to have a steady job again, phew!

Yaaay books! :D Coraline is absolutely excellent, and the movie is really adorable and well-made. Book of Dreams might be a bit spoilerish if you haven't finished Sandman, but damn is it excellent. I was completely asdghfjsl the first time I read it.

I haven't seen Coraline the film because I was saving til I read the book and I just finished it yesterday (didn't take very long, it was so short x3). I'm going to look for the DVD in the weekend :D I figured Book of Dreams would be spoilerish (thanks for confirming it! <3) so I'm putting that off for now. I'm still reading Sandman between comics, I'm taking ages because I really want to just savour it, y'know? ^^ I finished The Doll's House story arc about a week ago and I find myself reading Preludes and Nocturnes again haha XD I've got all 10 collections anyway, so I'm just going to take my time ;) Part of me doesn't want it to end!

Eeee so much good stuff to read. I haven't been so satisfied and challenged (book-wise) for a long time! \:D/
