I wake at the same time early in the morning irrespective of the amount, or quality, of previous sleep. I wake with a monomaniac focus - sugar! I feel like I need it or else I cannot go back to sleep, and I remain starving. As long as I sate the suger craving I will no longer be hungry. The sugar craving can indicate brain chemical imbalance. I feel like ripping the cabinets apart in the morning to find something sweet to eat. It has to do with seratonin.

I think the restlessness, no sleeping and cravings could be signs or symptoms of anxiety and/or depression. Granted I have no PhD after my name, but what the fuck do they know anyways.
