MOUNTS, ROGER, 63, of St. Petersburg, died Friday (Aug. 27, 2004) in the emergency room at Northside Hospital and Heart Institute. He was born in Freeburn, Ky., and came here in 1977 from Williamson, W.Va. He was a mechanic for Old Northeast Garage in St. Petersburg. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and a leader of Market Place Ministry.
