Like he just came out of a huge fight of epic proportions. Which he did, interestingly enough. He just kind of lies on the ground for a moment, then suddenly he looks up

Although I did end up going to a party in this costume once, but that was totally unexpected.

[Kefka shrugs slightly, assuming a pose that appears to be more akin to a lounge singer lounging on a sofa or some such, except without the sofa, and about three feet off the ground.]
