I am 129 today which seems odd. I know it isn't real, permanent weight loss. I had microwave fried rice and a fried egg for breakfast. Breakfast is the main meal I eat each day, usually eggs. Then I'm not too hungry for the rest of the day. If this was "real" weight loss it would be about 5 lbs. I don't know what's causing it, so i don't trust that weight. 132 for my weigh-in will be fine. I have lost 5 lbs though which means there would only be 9 lbs to go to get to my goal weight. I expect it to go up the first time I eat anything substantial, which is why I didn't want to weigh myself for a week... I will just consider my Thursday weight my official weigh-in, though i can't resist the scale most of the time.
