My weekly recipe will be public, this is the first one. All of my recipes are either vegetarian or vegan. Some I found throughout the internet over the years, some I made on my own, some are modified from other recipes. Watch me fail at flipping it and having to turn it into some weird kind of flour and egg scramble haha

Wow, I have been really lazy about this. I should really post a new recipe and call it Jen Cognito's Recipe of Whenever the Fuck She Feels Like It.

Trust me, it is not hard to flip at all. If I can flip it, you can flip it. I suck at making regular pancakes (And by suck, I mean that I cannot. I am a great cook, but I cannot make pancakes. Or grilled cheese sandwiches. I do not know how I can screw those two things up, but I always do.) but these are very easy.
