Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles -  Wait, what??  WTF just happened there?  They can not leave the series with that ending!  Gah!  Are they going to explain this in Salvation, somehow?  *is So confused*

Dollhouse:  Ha!  I knew it!  I knew that was the spy!  But I don't think that's nearly the end of it, judging by what else was going on in ( Read more... )

Nope! Just have to hope for a third season. Personally, I LOVED this ending. If they get another season, imagine all the amazing storylines they can play with. (Two episodes ago, I didn't care one bit if it would get renewed. Now, it's high on my list of prorities - right after Chuck.)

Dollhouse-wise, doesn't make sense if that were the spy - the messages he sent out don't stroke with his stated intentions. There definitely has to be more going on.

(Also, I'm not entirely getting the point of sending someone to the attic if you can just, you know, kill them.)

I'd love a third season for SCC, but I don't think we're going to get it. Things haven't been sounding good for them being interested in another season once they're done using it to sort of raise interest in Salvation. I'm still holding out a little hope, though, because I really want to see where they would go with it from here. That ending took me hugely by surprise, but I agree it was awesome. I'm just trying to figure out how it could possibly fit into the canon without screwing up the third movie, which I think was set after this series, time-wise. Not that I'm going to worry too much about the third movie because, you know, it kinda sucked...

That couldn't have been their only spy in the Dollhouse, because what Mellie told Paul was along the lines of 'our agent has been captured'. The way they played with the timeline made it a bit confusing, but I'm assuming they meant the one they were sending to the attic. But, yeah, his stated intentions and what's actually going on have to be two different things. Makes me wonder ( ... )

Yeah, a third season seems very unlikely. Which sucks, because it would be SO freaking cool.

It was never meant to fit into the timeline. It just diverts after T2. They might take a few concepts here and there (though I don't think they have yet), but they never had the intention of just filling in the blanks between T2 and T3.

I don't know, I got the impression that he meant what he said; if not, they could've at least dropped some sort of hint. Regardless, since they KNOW the dolls were being reprogrammed, and he has zero reason to if his aim was to protect the Dollhouse, they shouldn't have bought it like that. It's not even just assuming they already know everything - their knowledge of what he did and what he claimed to do blatantly contradicted each other. It makes no sense.

The Adelle scenes were interesting. I don't know how I feel about the revelations, but props to the actress (Moira! <3) for at least making it feel like they were the same character despite the huge shift in attitude. It was the same when she was drugged ( ... )
