Why Glee is sometimes really, really offensive.

Warning: A long rambling post about my family history and Glee.

Glee is a fun show, most of the time, but like all TV shows, it has it's problems. Probably my biggest issue with the show is the whole season one pregnancy drama. Well said! My friend Dan was in a very similar situation to you, though his mum was 16 and dad less... wild. And he's always been happy with his parents.

My mum and her sister were brought up by just her mum (in the fifties, this was really unusual) and their family turned out fine. Not your standard mum, dad, kids, but it worked, and she's glad she had her mum even if she couldn't have her dad.

I thought it was a real shame that Noah didn't get to keep Beth (and Mercedes' advice to back off? Worst advice ever, I mean, it's his kid too). He clearly wanted her, and yet Quinn got to make the final decision just because she was the girl.

If the roles had been reversed (Quinn had felt how Puck felt and vice versa), everyone would've expected them to keep it.

So yeah, Puck should've had way more of a say in it, IMO. It's his baby too, after all.
