- Still not completely unpacked, while most of the stuff that is still packed is not really needed at home anyway

- It's really hard to find a three bedroom apartment that is 1400 or less (in a good area).

- I'm going to Philly on Thursday with Tim, whee!

As someone who's just done the apartment search and who also did it last year, I can tell you that there is not a 3-bedroom for under 1400 in a good part of Philadelphia. Period. Our 2-bedroom is 1540 + electric, and that's cheap. :\ If you're looking in the suburbs you have a better shot, but I don't really know where you're looking. You should use http://phillyapartmentco.com, they're awesome, that's how I found ours.

:( can you get your wisdom teeth out while your dad's still working?

I know there are apartments in good areas of Chestnut Hill/Mt Airy within our price range, but there are always issues that get in the way. No pets, no undergrads, etc. :T It sucks.

Healthcare ended yesterday with the closing of the company haha. Hopefully we'll be getting other healthcare soon though.

I second this. I was trying to find a two bedroom for around 1200 and even the ones worth going to and checking out were not worth the money. And I too was looking at having a pet. I've got a place all the same, but yeah, I wouldn't count on finding anything in that price range.

Added note. Mt Airy isn't a good area in my mind...

Huzzah for the GPA! Mine is hovering at 3.85 thanks to a disasterous year of French.

Good luck with the apartment hunting!

French is a killer. I had issues with it in high school. Yikes! 3.85 is awesome, though. :) Congrats!

And thankies!
