I'm not going to be upset about how I messed up the past few days. I'm going to move forward and kick ass this week. I did get on the treadmill every day, so I'm glad I was able to burn off 300+ calories each day. I'm going to buckle down this week and work out like crazy and not eat so many calories. I'm going to do the ABC diet to get started
