These BJD's are inspired by Shirow Masamune. He is an unparalleled Japanese Artist who Made Appleseed and Ghost in the shell for starters. I just love how the movement of the dolls and the opening compartments of the lower one..The work is just exquisite and amazing at the same time.

Amazing.
What great style... and wow, the "enchanted doll" surprisingly holds her pose very well.
I wonder if the white bits rimming the ends of the joints are hot-glue? O_o.
Definitely unique!

it's either that or suede..=)

these are made of porcelain which can be very slippery for the joints..its a necessity i think..=)

Anyways you would know much more than me..=)

Oh I remember seeing those artist's dolls before! I was mesmerized looking at her website~ The dolls she makes are really unique. ♥
