Garry,
The reason you have had no luck contacting me on the phone is because I have no desire to speak to you on the phone and I find your continual attempts to contact me both at home and at my place of work both intimidating and unprofessional. This matter has reached it's conclusion as far as I'm concerned and your relentless barrage of phone calls is beginning to make me feel harassed.
I was polite during our correspondence because I believe in good manners, if it wasn't abundantly clear that I was unhappy after continual delays then I dare say you lack a vital element of perception that is an important aspect of customer service. Usually when a seller orders something on the premise that it will arrive in 24 hours and is still chasing it up nearly two weeks later it goes without saying that the seller will be unhappy.
I would like to assure you that I have not received two studios, I also find it highly unlikely that you sent two items. It concerned me that you were unable to provide a tracking number yet somehow you were able to contact royal mail on my behalf and obtain an update as to the packages status, quite a feat for an apparently non recorded item. It also concerns me that royal mail apparently knew exactly where the item was but now they don't if your claims of sending two separate items is to be believed.
You claim that ebay negative feedback is only to be left for people that con or cheat when the very term "negative feedback" by it's definition cannot be restricted to such specific criteria. Are you trying to imply that the 53 buyers who have left you negative feedback in the past 12 months alone were all mistaken as to the necessary criteria for leaving negative feedback? That's without mentioning the 132 cases of neutral feedback. Whilst on the subject of feedback, I couldn't fail to notice that the vast majority of negative and neutral feedback you have received concerns poor dispatch times and items not being received at all, were these all down to royal mail? You claim the industrial action was to blame for my item arriving so slowly, was this case for the other 100+ complaints of slow delivery? I find it quite outrageous that you would blame an almost two week delay on royal mail when there was no scheduled industrial action occurring at the time, the worst delays reported anywhere during the regional strikes was a matter of days and not weeks, it was simply not possible for the striking action to have caused such a delay and I find your suggestion that post was being delayed across London for two weeks particularly insulting to my intelligence.
I left negative feedback because I had a negative experience, along with all the other people who did likewise. If you are worried about the negative effect on your business then perhaps you should make more effort in the first place, not follow things up by harassing people at their place of work.
I will most certainly not be reconsidering my feedback because it is there to give other buyers an idea of what to look out for, in your case slow delivery times. The feedback system is designed to serve a role and if I was to change my feedback at this point then the system becomes corrupted and compromised.
I will surely let you know if another studio does indeed arrive and perhaps then I might consider revising my feedback but until then I will ask you to cease with your persistent attempts to call both my home and place of work or I will be forced to report you the appropriate authorities for harassment.

This guy is driving me insane, I hung up on him at work and he called back another 3 times even when the boss told him I couldn't take personal calls at work!
He's basically trying to get me to change my feedback but I don't think I'm alone in being unsatisfied with his delivery times.
