[Aside Gakupo's warnings, the purple dragon decided that it would be wiser to begin the journey now. Whether it was his valiant, almost hardheaded nature, or his desperate need to escape from the death-bringing dust, Spyro decided it was time to travel to Loki.

And so he began, flying straight up towards the sky. He flew and flew, gaining altitude

My, my a purple dragon, I don't think I've ever seen one before. Black, silver, green, blue, red, many different colors, but never purple.

... hmm... you seem to be a bit under the weather my violet friend. What manner of beast were you battling with that caused you such damage?

Ahh, I'm so sorry my poor dragon. I remember one of the scientists mentioning radiation... I had no idea it had this kind of an effect however. If you like I could try to tend to your wounds... that looks quite excruciating.

Heh, yes I have met many a dragon in my time, even though they are incredibly rare beings throughout all the planes I have traveled. You seem to be a relatively young dragon though... or perhaps your breed of dragon simply matures at a smaller size?

I'm actually rather young. I've only lived through seventeen winters. Dragons have all nearly gone extinct in my world as well.
